ENCORE
II Features
Under the ENCORE II IDIQ
contract, any Federal agency can order IT services utilizing DISA’s
contracting office (DITCO) or their own local contracting office. Tasks
may be either Time-and-Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and
Cost-Reimbursement (CR) type.
Using DITCO requires a 1.25%
processing fee, utilizing a local contracting office incurs a 1.0%
processing fee. Effective October 1, 2009, the DITCO processing fee will increase to 2.0%.
Term: 5-year base period and
five (5) one-year option periods.
